Coolants used in CNC machines or oil leaking from gearboxes can seep through worn motor oil seals. Fluid entering the motor blinds the encoder, makes the brake slip and short-circuits the stator windings. We armour the motor against external factors.
We completely remove oil and chemicals using industrial ovens and special solvents, replace worn oil seals (V-ring, O-ring) with high-heat Viton/Teflon seals, renew insulation varnishes and perform leak tests. If the winding is affected we resolve it together with rewinding. See our services.
If fluid ingress recurs, the motor soon fails again. Correct seal selection and insulation renewal protect the motor against coolant and oil.
It blinds the encoder, makes the brake slip and causes short-circuit/earth faults in the winding; cleaning and seal renewal are required.
Not if fluid has reached the winding; cleaning, insulation varnishing and rewinding if needed are done together.
A winding with an earth fault is rewound; combined with seal renewal it provides a permanent solution.
Yes. After cleaning, sealing and insulation work the motor is leak-tested and delivered under warranty.
We protect your industrial investments. We examine your faulty servo motors in our laboratory and overhaul them with Class-H rewinding, ceramic bearings, and dynamic balancing under strict warranty.
