PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND PROCESSING CLARIFICATION TEXT

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), personal data belonging to our customers, corporate business partners, and website visitors are processed within the scope explained below.

• Contact Data: Phone number, email address, dispatch address for on-site motor removal/installation.
• Technical & Machine Data: Servo motor parameters, PLC software backups, machine fault codes, and laboratory repair records.
• Financial Data: Invoicing, tax ID, and payment details.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your collected personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Dispatching our technical team for urgent on-site servo motor removal and troubleshooting,
• Executing guaranteed mechanical overhaul, rewinding, and encoder calibration of servo systems,
• Securing your factory data and machine parameter backups against future system failures,
• Financial and accounting operations.

3. Data Security and Confidentiality

Code Elektronik prioritizes industrial data security. Servo motor parameter backups, PLC source codes, and machine configurations obtained during repair are kept strictly confidential in our secure workshop systems and never shared with third parties.
